Faith’s passion for helping young adults find great careers stems from a service mindset that Faith works to imbue in everything that College Recruiter does.
Outside of work, Faith has taken on a number of volunteer leadership roles with non-profits, including the Minnesota Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy, Preventing, and Parenting (MOAPP); Temple Israel of Minnesota; Advise Us Foundation; National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT); and our industry trade association, TAtech.
In 2021, TAtech recognized her as one of the top 100 thought leaders in talent acquisition. Prior to College Recruiter, Faith’s STEM-based career included project management (Wells Fargo), technology consulting (KPMG), and programming (Ford). Faith holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Steven founded the business that would ultimately morph into College Recruiter after leaving the law to get back to his passion for entrepreneurship. Today, he serves the company both as its visionary as well as its head of business development.
Steven also serves on a volunteer capacity in leadership roles with non-profits including Temple Israel of Minnesota; Nechama - Jewish Response to Disaster; Talent Board's Candidate Experience Awards; HR.com; DeVry University's Career Advisory Board; and our industry trade association, TATech. In 2021, along with his wife, Faith, TATech recognized Steven as one of the top 100 thought leaders in talent acquisition.
Brad oversees the daily operational functions of College Recruiter. He has over 16 years of experience within the niche job board industry, most notably as President & COO of LatPro, Inc. dba DiversityJobs.com, where Brad led the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations functions until the company was acquired by Circa in 2021.
Brad served as General Manager and Product Director at Circa for the past year prior to joining College Recruiter. His leadership and vision will assist in executing College Recruiter’s vision of global expansion.
David leads the Customer Success function of College Recruiter, overseeing client relationships, new sales, affiliate partners, and programmatic advertising. He has over a decade of experience in operations, coaching, leading teams, and human resources. Most recently, David served as a team lead for ADP RPO’s advertising division, working closely with clients to maximize their recruitment advertising budgets.David’s goal is to provide results, data, and recommendations in ways that are easy to understand for current and prospective clients and buyers. He works regularly with clients worldwide to make sure the product they’ve purchased matches their goals and expectations.
David Maglio is a Fractional CFO consultant from CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen). He works with the College Recruiter leadership team on financial and operational strategic modeling, forecasting budgets and cashflow and managing our finance team. David has worked as a fractional CFO and controller for over 11 and a half years, helping businesses like ours manage and increase their revenues and profits.
Louise is an expert in the online recruitment space; a job board consultant, digital recruitment specialist and industry influencer.
For the past twenty years Louise has been an advocate for supporting job boards and the online recruitment industry and helps them provide the best experience to their candidates and customers. In 2012 she created the Jobg8 Summit, a two day conference that brings the industry together twice a year in the UK & USA to openly discuss changes in the online recruitment world.
Richard Harris is a seasoned executive with a broad range of Information Technology (IT) management experience at Chief Information Officer (CIO) and consultative levels. He is practiced in management, strategic planning, web development and e-commerce services.
His 30 plus years of continuous work experience include progressive increases in responsibility. He has been at a senior executive level for over 15 years, with experience in the US and Europe.
George LaRocque is a leading human resources technology (HR tech) analyst and advisor, founder of #HRWins reports on innovation in HR technology, Event Director UNLEASH North America, original Founder and Conference Chair for InfluenceHR where vendors learned to transform their marketing strategies, and go-to-market consultant both for HR-related technology and services and the human capital management (HCM) marketplace. He has launched market-leading business-to-business (B2B) HR tech brands to profitability, funding, or both. He speaks frequently at conferences on trends impacting HR and HR technology. He also speaks to the vendor community about taking their technology to market.
George has over 20 years of general management, marketing, sales, and sales management experience building companies that provide cloud-based software using the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) business model. He is widely recognized as a expert in how organizations can drive revenue by providing SaaS-delivered solutions to enterprise- and small-and-medium-business (SMB) markets.
Kara Yarnot is Vice President, Strategic Consulting Services at HireClix, a leading recruitment advertising and consulting firm. HireClix's consulting practice provides talent acquisition consulting and advisory services to employers in a variety of industries and markets. Her areas of expertise include recruitment strategy, technology evaluation and selection, social recruitment, talent branding, process and technology optimization, and ROI evaluation.
Kara has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition at Fortune 500 companies as SAIC, Boeing, and Intel (where she started her career as a college recruiter). She founded Meritage Talent Solutions, a strategic recruitment consulting firm, in 2013 to bring innovation and disruption the talent acquisition industry. In 2017, HireClix acquired Meritage and Kara joined the leadership team. She provides strategic services to clients in a variety of industries, including energy, construction, technology, government contracting, healthcare, and non-profit.
