Outside of work, Faith has taken on a number of volunteer leadership roles with non-profits, including the Minnesota Organization on Adolescent Pregnancy, Preventing, and Parenting (MOAPP); Temple Israel of Minnesota; Advise Us Foundation; National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT); and our industry trade association, TAtech.
In 2021, TAtech recognized her as one of the top 100 thought leaders in talent acquisition. Prior to College Recruiter, Faith’s STEM-based career included project management (Wells Fargo), technology consulting (KPMG), and programming (Ford). Faith holds an MBA from the University of Michigan.
Steven founded the business that would ultimately morph into College Recruiter after leaving the law to get back to his passion for entrepreneurship. Today, he serves the company both as its visionary as well as its head of business development.
Steven also serves on a volunteer capacity in leadership roles with non-profits including Temple Israel of Minnesota; Nechama - Jewish Response to Disaster; Talent Board's Candidate Experience Awards; HR.com; DeVry University's Career Advisory Board; and our industry trade association, TATech. In 2021, along with his wife, Faith, TATech recognized Steven as one of the top 100 thought leaders in talent acquisition.
Brad oversees the daily operational functions of College Recruiter. He has over 16 years of experience within the niche job board industry, most notably as President & COO of LatPro, Inc. dba DiversityJobs.com, where Brad led the Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations functions until the company was acquired by Circa in 2021.
Brad served as General Manager and Product Director at Circa for the past year prior to joining College Recruiter. His leadership and vision will assist in executing College Recruiter’s vision of global expansion.
Matt assists College Recruiter in sustainably and exponentially growing our employer and publisher campaigns. With over 8+ years of experience in the industry, and as the former North American Business Development Manager at Jobg8, Matt brings a tremendous amount of industry knowledge and expertise to his current role. Matt’s focus at College Recruiter will be finding and cultivating strong partnerships that are as concerned with quality as they are quantity.
Responsible for the technology infrastructure and technology services of the company to achieve business goals, minimize security risks, increase user satisfaction, and maintain operations and systems. Rob is committed to service and promoting sustainable leadership and is a hands on and experienced leader with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.
Patricia is a Fractional CFO with over 25 years of accounting and finance experience. Her experience includes leadership roles within Fortune 500, startups, and closely-held companies, including General Electric, Pactiv, and Mrs. Smith's Bakeries. She has worked with multiple startups to build accounting and finance operations from the ground up.
Patricia is a driven professional specializing in analysis, planning, and financial modeling. Using her passion for technology, she has supported several system conversions and created automated workflows to increase efficiency and accuracy in accounting records. She works closely with College Recruiter to assist in the understanding of financial results, create meaningful projections, set goals, and help with critical decision-making scenarios.
Louise is an expert in the online recruitment space; a job board consultant, digital recruitment specialist and industry influencer.
For the past twenty years Louise has been an advocate for supporting job boards and the online recruitment industry and helps them provide the best experience to their candidates and customers. In 2012 she created the Jobg8 Summit, a two day conference that brings the industry together twice a year in the UK & USA to openly discuss changes in the online recruitment world.
Richard Harris is a seasoned executive with a broad range of Information Technology (IT) management experience at Chief Information Officer (CIO) and consultative levels. He is practiced in management, strategic planning, web development and e-commerce services.
His 30 plus years of continuous work experience include progressive increases in responsibility. He has been at a senior executive level for over 15 years, with experience in the US and Europe.

HireClix's consulting practice provides talent acquisition consulting and advisory services to employers in a variety of industries and markets. Her areas of expertise include recruitment strategy, technology evaluation and selection, social recruitment, talent branding, process and technology optimization, and ROI evaluation.
Kara has over 17 years of experience in talent acquisition at Fortune 500 companies as SAIC, Boeing, and Intel (where she started her career as a college recruiter). She founded Meritage Talent Solutions, a strategic recruitment consulting firm, in 2013 to bring innovation and disruption the talent acquisition industry. In 2017, HireClix acquired Meritage and Kara joined the leadership team. She provides strategic services to clients in a variety of industries, including energy, construction, technology, government contracting, healthcare, and non-profit.
