Role – Sharepoint Developer
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, manage, and maintain the SharePoint environment.
- Develop and implement custom workflows and web parts.
- Manage user permissions and access levels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to design and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot L2 & L3 issues and manage incidents, service request fulfilment, problem management, and change management.
Skills:
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint development and customization tools.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience in incident management, change management, problem management, and change management.
