The Role
- Shake up the innovative Italian inspired cocktails on our list, and of course know all the classics.
- Have your own input into our weekly cocktail specials.
- Recommend and serve wines from our extensive list of Australian and Italian wines, including special wines from Matt’s cellar.
- Make a variety of espresso coffees – latte art a big plus.
- 20-30 hours per week on offer, but a full time position may be available in the future.
About You
- 6 months+ experience in a busy high-end cocktail bar.
- Barista experience is ideal.
- A passion for making innovative cocktails.
- Good knowledge of local and Italian wines – additional training available.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Well presented with excellent inter-personal skills.
- A passion for the hospitality industry.
- Valid RSA (competency card).
- Valid Australian Working Rights.
