Recruiter, 6 Month Contract

Due to rapid growth in the Australian market, Tesla is looking to hire an exceptional Recruiter on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. This role is based in Melbourne, in our Cremorne office.We are looking for a motivated and driven Recruiter to join our high performing in-house team. You will be proactive, efficient and have a genuine commitment for providing an unforgettable candidate experience. You’ll thrive at Tesla by striking the right balance between flexibility and efficiency, business partnering and influencing.This position will likely be focused on supporting our Energy business with technical hiring requirements and our Motors Business with Body Repair Technicians, Painters, Estimators and high volume recruitment of Warehouse workers.What You’ll DoHigh volume recruiting managing an average of up to 20 roles at a time, reporting on progress weeklyPartnering with hiring managers to assess their talent requirementsConducting phone screens to assess both technical baseline as well as skills and attitude to be successful in the Tesla environmentScheduling interviews and maintaining system accuracyUsing a variety of sourcing techniques and creativity to discover and attract the best passive talentFocusing on providing a great candidate experience at every opportunityWhat You’ll BringMinimum of 2 years end to end recruiting experience, from either an inhouse or agency environmentDemonstrated track record of excellence in sourcing and assessing talent, skilled in offer negotiation, awareness of pertinent employment legislation and employment market trendsProven relationship management experience with hiring teams and business partners, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessmentTesla is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
