- Booking appointments with clients to review their coverage options
- Engage with clients in a friendly & professional manner, while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support & solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Collaborate with management teams to work towards company objectives
- Working computer w/ camera to conduct zoom calls AND windows software
- Basic level technical skills (how to operate zoom, how to share screen, how to navigate your browser. etc)
- Flexible schedule - we need you available early afternoon to evening
