There is no better time to join our team and become a part of our success story.The Opportunity:If you are looking for a positive career move to a supportive and friendly team environment, then STAR Scaffolds is for you.Star Scaffolds is looking for a self-driven individual to become our next Branch Coordinator based in our Gold Coast Branch in Burleigh Heads.About the Role:The Branch Coordinator plays a very important role within the branch as they will be organizing day-to-day run for our contractors and employees and meeting our customers’ requirements in a timely manner.Responsibilities:Scheduling and confirming bookings for our customers.Liaising with installers and sub-contractors.Reviewing install/dismantle photos and scheduling rectifications as required.General office work including data entry, photocopying, laminating etc.Actively participate in team environment.Assisting Sales representatives with confirming and booking of jobs.Work closely with Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth operations of the branch.Qualifications and Attributes required:Cert I or II in Administration (preferred but not essential as full training provided).High Level of personal performance.The willingness to go the extra mile.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Customer Service experience in Construction industry and a team player.To be Successful in this role: You will need a confident and professional manner along with the ability to develop and maintain workable relationships both internally and externally with our valued customers.
