Summary

** NEW INCREASED RATES! **     JOB SUMMARY: Under Pharmacist supervision, perform high level compounding and dispensing, acts as a resource for pharmacy technicians and assists Pharmacist to perform other technical or patient care functions to enhance efficiency and patient outcome.   REQUIREMENTS: Entry level knowledge, basic employment skills, High School Diploma, GED equivalent or High School Certificate. Must have Pharmacy Technician Certification, college courses desirable but not mandatory.  PTCB certification.
Requires 3 years of pharmacy experience or currently enrolled as pharmacy/medical school student. Within three months of hire, must successfully complete training related to IV admixture: Phase 1-Classroom training, Phase 2: Practical Lab Training, Phase 3: Mathematical and Practical Examination/Evaluation.
