CREATIVE ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT ROLESTrading under Publicis Communications AustraliaLocation: Sydney or Melbourne or BrisbaneAccount Director (Also known as Business Director)The purpose of the Account Director role is to manage and take major responsibility and accountability for all aspects of the creative agency’s business in partnership with the client.The Account Director manages the workflow, operational and quality processes within the team and across other agency departments, ensuring a high level of effective creative advertising output. The Account Director leads and supports more junior account management team members, maintains a collaborative and productive relationship with strategy, creative & production teams plus establishes great client relationships at all levels. The Account Director will continually develop a 3-tiered understanding of the client’s business, the industry and the economic influences on the business - identifying opportunities to grow client business. They will demonstrate full management of financials – budget control and forecasting, along with meeting growth targets for the accounts through proactive initiatives.Salary: $90k - $105k packageSenior Account Director (Also known as Senior Business Director)The Senior Account Director is tasked with leading and directing a client portfolio and is accountable for all aspects of the creative agency’s business in relation to their clients. They develop strong client relationships and lead strategic and creative recommendations across their client portfolio. The role includes the management of a broad agency team and oversight of financial and operational aspects of the account. The Senior Account Director strategically manages the agency-client relationship and is able to independently articulate a clear and actionable strategy that meets objectives. The Senior Account Director seeks out opportunities for generating revenue, developing relationships, winning new business. They will lead new business pitches as requested. The Senior Account Director has very strong creative evaluation skills and is able to judge when creative is on strategy or not, and is able to work with the creatives to strengthen ideas. The Senior Account Director possesses a thorough understanding of the production & agency process - is able to support and explain production estimates and schedules for broadcast/online/print/collateral/etc. and internal agency processes. The Senior Account Director is able to inspire people at all levels to achieve peak performance, plus career manages and supports their direct team by being a mentor and helping them set and achieve their career KPIs.Salary – Over thresholdGroup Account Director (Also known as Group Business Director)The Group Account Director is responsible for developing client relationships and leading strategic recommendations across a portfolio of creative advertising accounts. This role is one of leadership and example, inspiring and coaching your team to provide the best possible service to our clients. It plays a senior defining role in developing the agency’s performance and culture.The Group Account Director develops and cultivates trusting relationships with client senior management and shows market foresight to effectively anticipate threats and opportunities in your clients’ business. The Group Account Director manages effective communication ideas that drive top line growth and a competitive advantage on clients’ business. The Group Account Director possesses a thorough understanding of the production & agency process - is able to support and explain production estimates and schedules for broadcast/online/print/collateral/etc. and internal agency processes. The Group Account Director assumes overall accountability for the management/direction of all activities on your clients. The Group Account Director is responsible for growth and profitability of account portfolio, attaining annual revenue and margin targets, and leads new business efforts working in conjunction with senior management. The Group Account Director is able to inspire people at all levels to achieve peak performance, plus career manages and supports their direct team by being a mentor and helping them set and achieve their career KPIs.Salary – Over thresholdIntegrated Lead (also known as Client Partner, Business Director, Group Account Director, Group Business Director)The Integrated Lead is our key Client Service lead, partnering with our local client team to drive business strategy, creative, content, insights, data and production across a portfolio of our client’s brands. The Integrated Lead will act as a trusted agency business leader and the client’s business partner, responsible for ensuring that all the right agency capabilities are engaged at the right time. The role will lead an Integrated Agency Team, ensuring maximum connectivity, elevating the strategic thinking, driving breakthrough work, and delivering value.Role Responsibilities:Lead and partner with our new clients to build rapport and understanding of their business and personal needsLead and develop complex B2B/HCP healthcare campaigns, across data, strategy, creative and productionManage teams of individuals from our matrix structure to deliver client requirements on time and on budgetPlaying a leadership role across our local team of writers, other accounts service, studio, creatives and third parties.Lead and collaborate with the medical writing team and relevant health professionals, to ensure all communications are relevant to the target audience, are of the highest quality and are in line with client briefs.Lead and engage with potential clients, vendors and suppliers (both marketing and medical staff) when requiredOverall financial responsibility for all projectsSalary – Over thresholdAll of the above roles require a relevant tertiary qualification or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of qualification.Roles could also be available in Sydney, Melbourne, BrisbaneJob Type: Full-timeSchedule:8 hour shiftExperience:Relationship management: 1 year (Preferred)Work Authorisation:Australia (Preferred)Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr
