You'll work closely with managers and employees to prevent and resolve grievances, consult with unions, and navigate employment conditions.Key Responsibilities:Provide high-level advice on industrial relations issues, including dispute resolution, grievance handling, and code of conduct investigations.Case-manage staff complaints and conduct or coordinate thorough investigations into alleged breaches of the APS Values & Code of Conduct.Provide advice on solutions that are fair, impartial and would withstand independent scrutiny.Assist in conciliation processes between parties involved in workplace disputes.
