Monday – Friday, you will be the backbone that keeps this top-performing agency in order. This role will see you utilize your administration, organizational, and relationship management skills daily to ensure seamless transactions. Day to day, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:Co-managing the Director’s diary, ensuring efficient scheduling and organization of appointments and tasks.Manage the full listing to settlement and post-settlement processes for residential properties.Ensuring accurate compliance with documentation associated with listing and selling properties.Manage data entry, inquiries, and liaise with internal and external clientele.Provide excellent standards of customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, representing the team professionally at all times.Coordinate marketing activities for the team, including social media management, photoshoots, styling, and advertising.Coordinate daily and weekly team meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration within the team.The Ideal Candidate:To be successful in this role, you will have experience in a similar role within real estate, showcasing strong customer service, administrative, marketing, and organizational skills.
