Job Description
We are seeking a Grants Manager - Accounting to help lead our Accounting Team.
You Are:
- An effective communicator; with strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
- Collaborative and comfortable working as part of a team
- Solution oriented and exercise sound judgment to solve problems within the scope of the position
You will:
- Responsible for day to day management of the Accounting Department
- Assess current practices and procedures and make recommendations for improvements
- Be knowledgeable of the federal funding requirements and build processes around compliance reporting with various agencies
- Oversee the coordination and timing of projects
- Coordinate financial operations by fielding questions from MSK divisions, updating policies and procedures, ad hoc requests, and assisting in implementation of new processes
You Need:
- 4-7 years of direct accounting experience preferred
- Prior supervisory or lead experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Working knowledge of federal funding compliance requirements
- Knowledge and exposure to sophisticated management and financial information systems
Pay Range- $116,800.00-$192,800.00
