This role requires a deep understanding of MuleSoft best practices, exceptional technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and fault-tolerant integration solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Integration Design and Development: Lead the design and development of integration solutions using MuleSoft, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
  2. Requirement Analysis: Conduct requirement gathering sessions and work closely with stakeholders to define integration requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Workshops and Discovery Sessions: Lead workshops and discovery sessions with clients to analyze and define the interfaces and finer details in scope.
  4. Solution Design: Lead the solution design process, collaborating with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to create sophisticated integration solutions.
  5. Development: Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL). Design and support end-to-end functional designs for interfaces using EDI, XML, DSV, SQL, APIs, web services and SFTP.
  6. Error Handling: Develop error handling and recovery mechanisms to manage exceptions and ensure robust, fault-tolerant integrations.
  7. Monitoring and Logging: Set up monitoring and logging systems to track integration performance and troubleshoot issues in real-time.
  8. Performance Optimization: Optimize integration performance by identifying and addressing bottlenecks and ensuring efficient resource utilization.
  9. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, integration diagrams, and user guides.
  10. Team Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the integration team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  11. Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and reliability of integration solutions through thorough testing and validation processes--SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle): System Testing, Integration Testing, Acceptance Testing, and Unit Testing.
  12. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

Qualifications Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years MuleSoft development experience and architecture experience with Mule 3 and Mule 4.
  3. Certification will be a huge plus: MuleSoft Platform/Integration Architect I.
  4. Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP, and message queues.
  5. Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and related technologies.
  6. Excellent knowledge on Application Deployment Cloud Hub, Hybrid, On-Premises and writing MUnits test cases.
  7. Excellent Knowledge on Queue Mechanism like VM, Active MQ etc.
  8. Extensive Knowledge on writing and optimizing queries on multiple databases like SQL, MongoDB etc.
  9. Experience with error handling, recovery mechanisms, and fault-tolerant design.
