Job board leader roundtable: technology challenges

Today’s 5th get together via Zoom was the first we agreed to record and share. Several dozen leaders of niche, general, and aggregator job boards came together for the discussion with the topic being around challenges that we’re facing due to technology.

The conversation largely focused on the massive problem many employers are reporting for many of their roles: too many applications and too many of them apparently AI-assisted as the resumes / CVs read more and more similar every day.

Are job boards to blame? Whether we are or not, are we potentially part of the solution?
