Most in the world of job boards and recruitment marketplaces know that some of their employer users are sourcers and other recruiters, but it may not be all that obvious just how differently those two groups use our sites. Jim defines for us what a sourcer is, how they use our sites, and the products we should offer to them if we want to win their business in this new age of artificial intelligence.
