Confectioner Sample Cover Letter

July 21, 2007

CONFECTIONER RESUME COVER LETTERS
All confectioner resume cover letters focus on the applicants’ ability to make a variety of candies and other treats that are rich in sugar or in some cases in a sugar substitute. This includes soft and hard candies, fudge, toffee, licorice, etc. Such individuals are eligible for a job in a confectionery shop or in a large candy manufacturing company. Any confectioner resume cover letter should include reference to applicants’ talent and training for creating sweets.

Dear Mr. Butterworth:
When I saw your description on CareerJimmy.com for experienced confectioners for two of your locations, I knew I had to write this resume cover letter right away. I have worked in candy shops off and on for the past ten years.
I am applying for the position open at Hattie Sue Candies on 54th Street. My specialties are fudge and toffee. Most everyone who tastes my recipes agrees they are among the better of these two popular treats.
Would you be free to meet in person for a ‘taste test’ of my award-winning candy and so I can find out more about what you are looking for in the confectioner you hire.
I’m available to get together any afternoon after 3:00 p.m. Please call 888-888-8888 to arrange a time that fits your calendar. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully meeting you in person.
Sincerely,
Jill Jobseeker
