We are looking for a skilled and innovative Multimedia Designer to join our Creative Production team in the San Francisco, CA area. This role involves designing and producing an array of multimedia content, including digital graphics, print materials, animations, and interactive designs. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and creative individual who is proficient in a variety of design software and is committed to delivering visually appealing and brand-aligned multimedia content.

Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Multimedia Design & Production – Design and produce a variety of multimedia content, ensuring cohesion and visual appeal across digital platforms, print materials, animations, storyboards and interactive designs.
  2. Collaborative Teamwork – Work closely with project managers and participate actively in team meetings and creative sessions to foster an innovative working environment.
  3. Project Management – Manage and coordinate multiple design projects, ensuring strict adherence to timelines, project schedules, and client objectives for successful project completion.
  4. Adherence To Best Practices – Create technically sound and brand-aligned assets, ensuring all creations adhere to project specifications, including technical requirements and brand guidelines.
  5. Continuous Learning – Stay informed about the latest technologies and trends in graphic design and multimedia, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge for creative excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of multimedia projects.
  • Strong proficiency in graphic design skills and software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and Figma.
  • The ability to translate ideas into compelling visual designs and push the creative envelope.
  • Attention to detail with an eye for good composition and aesthetics.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
  • A positive attitude, ambition, and a keenness to learn and grow within the field.
  • Commitment to pay equity practices.
