Driver Recruiter
Our client is looking to add a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for managing recruiting and onboarding functions of the company. In this capacity, this position will report to the VP of Human Resources and have close interaction with other members of the management team.
Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Determine the operational needs of the company.
- Track and report on open positions needed by the company.
- Find, hire, and retain employees.
- Ensure new employees have a pleasant and supportive onboarding experience.
- Ability to enter data accurately and efficiently into computer software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to follow processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
- Warm positive attitude.
