Day Shift - 7.5 Hours (United States of America)
The Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate preparation, documentation, distribution, and reconciliation of payroll. Reviews the computation of pay and associated deductions for accuracy. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of city, state, provincial, local, and federal legislation affecting payroll; understands and follows applicable provisions. May coordinate payroll processing with an outside service provider. Responds to and resolves any inquiries regarding paychecks or payroll reporting. Ensures payroll issues are escalated and resolved promptly. Review completed payroll to ensure accuracy. They should be able to process manual payroll checks and adjustments as required in case of payroll errors or terminations. Updates employee's withholding and deductions.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- One to three years of experience in a payroll department.
- Knowledge of Excel, ADP, and WFN required. Knowledge of Workday a plus.
Salary Range: $62,000 - $70,000 / annually
