Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Email Marketing Campaign Specialist
with advanced expertise in Salesforce Pardot. This role is essential for crafting
high-impact email campaigns that resonate with internal and external audiences, while
providing insights that enhance the effectiveness of our Business Development and
Technical Recruiting teams.
Key Responsibilities:
● Email Campaign Development: Design and execute engaging, brand-aligned
email campaigns that effectively communicate our message, align with marketing
objectives, and strengthen both internal and external communications.
● Pardot Expertise: Act as the in-house expert for Salesforce Pardot, overseeing
all functionalities, including automation rules, segmentation, lead nurturing, and
form handler creation.
● Performance Tracking and Reporting: Leverage Salesforce Report Builder to
create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards, tracking key
metrics such as delivery rate, open rate, click-through rate, bounce rate,
conversion rate, and unsubscribe rate.
● Data Analysis and Insights: Analyze campaign data to identify trends, measure
effectiveness, and provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives in
Business Development and Marketing.
● Content Optimization: Collaborate with the marketing team to create dynamic
content for internal and external audiences, applying best practices to enhance
engagement
● Training and Support: Provide training and guidance on Pardot best practices
to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a
related field. Alternatively, 3-5 years of relevant experience in email marketing or an advanced degree with certifications, equivalent to a minimum of 3 years of
direct marketing data analysis experience.
● Experience: A minimum of 3 years in email marketing, including at least 2 years
of hands-on experience with Salesforce Pardot.
● Certifications: Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist or Salesforce Certified
Marketing Cloud Email Specialist preferred.
● Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Report Builder, HTML/CSS for email
design, and familiarity with CRM systems. Knowledge of form handlers on Pardot
is essential.
● Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation
and campaign optimization.
● Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with
attention to detail and creativity in content development.
● Team Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively within a team, manage
multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
● Preferred Skills: Familiarity with content design platforms such as Canva for
creating visually appealing, brand-aligned emails is a plus.
