Behavior Analysis, Inc. is one of the leading behavioral providers within the autism community. Our office in Davie is looking for an individual with superb computer skills, who is accurate, HIGHLY detail-oriented, quick, and responsible. The employee's primary job duties entail providing administrative support to our Human Resources and Bookkeeping departments. This administrative support will include coding deposits, credit card reconciliations, filing paperwork, providing assistance with Human Resources reporting, updating and maintaining personnel documentation in company databases, and monitoring of employee certifications and licenses.
The position is at our Davie location and consists of 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Preference will be given to individuals with at least entry-level experience with QuickBooks. This is a small intimate office setting, and the candidate must work well with others - this is a MUST. In addition to the qualities mentioned above:
- Excellent computer skills - Must be highly competent in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Excellent typing skills - Must type over 45 wpm.
- Excellent command of the English language, written and spoken.
