Position: Content Creator & Online Event Coordinator
Location: Carmel, IN
Salary Range: $50k - $75k

Position Overview:
MS Companies is seeking a dynamic and creative Content Creator & Online Event Coordinator to join our marketing team in Carmel, IN. This role is perfect for a digital media professional with a proven track record in online event production, content creation, and end-to-end production planning. The ideal candidate will develop and manage engaging content to enhance brand awareness, support sales efforts, and
connect with audiences in the automotive and talent acquisition sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content Development: Produce high-quality, engaging content—such as social media posts, blogs, articles, case studies, one-pagers, and presentations—that
drives sales and increases engagement within our target industries.
● Event Coordination: Plan, host, and manage online events, including webinars and podcasts. Collaborate closely with the marketing team and MS Companies stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of pre-production, execution, and post-production.
● Digital Media Production: Oversee the full production cycle for digital events, from initial ideation and setup through to coordination and post-event editing, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience.
● Multimedia Content Creation: Develop and curate digital assets for use on the company website and across social media channels, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and visual standards.
● Asset Management: Source and manage audio-visual materials using platforms like Adobe Stock Images, creating a cohesive and polished brand experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: 3-5 years in content creation, media production, or digital
marketing, or a combination of advanced education and certifications equivalent to 3-5 years of experience. Marketing data analytics experience is a plus.
● Production Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, After Effects, Survey Monkey, and Premiere Pro, with experience managing pre-production, production, and post-production workflows.
● Event Coordination: Demonstrated expertise in hosting and managing online events (e.g., webinars, podcasts), with an understanding of technical and logistical requirements.
● Content Strategy: Ability to craft content that aligns with brand messaging and supports key marketing and business objectives.
● Collaborative Skills: Strong cross-functional communication skills, with a track record of working effectively with team members and stakeholders to meet project goals.
● Digital Media Knowledge: Proficiency in sourcing and licensing high-quality stock images, with an eye for brand consistency and quality.
● Google Business Profile Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Business Profile is preferred, though not mandatory.
