Job Description:
Work within the Finance department that has broad responsibilities for financial planning, budget/forecasting, business unit and project support for the executive group. Support company-wide business planning, integration and performance monitoring processes. Provide support as the Finance representative on cross functional strategic projects.
• Participate in the annual budgeting and monthly forecast process for assigned departments
• Participate in the monthly variance reporting and explanations for assigned departments
• Assist with the facilitation of monthly review meetings with leadership from assigned departments
• Participate in the development and maintenance of financial and operational reports and dashboards utilizing enterprise wide applications for various levels of leadership
• Facilitate development and maintenance of operational and productivity KPI’s / metrics for various levels of leadership
• Create financial models and business cases for major projects
• Support enterprise wide system / process improvement efforts
• Work in coordination with other departments on continuous improvement projects
• Assist in the training and change management efforts of the department related to enhancements to systems, process, metrics, and/or reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar business discipline
Masters in Business Administration (or similar) a plus or working towards (offers tuition reimbursement)
1-3+ years of relevant Finance / Financial Planning & Analysis, Accounting or Public Accounting experience
