Job Description & Requirements

Job Details:
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7a-430 - flexible/varying schedule dependent
• No Call, No weekend, and no Holidays
• Duties: Basic, pre anesthesia and post assessments, assist with patient transport post op, maintaining anesthesia supply inventory
• Required Procedures: primarily asa 1 and asa 2 level patients, upper and lower gi scopes.
• No inpatient OR only outpatient. Varied patients per day, average of 10-15 procedures per week. Times vary
• Dealbreakers: Must do scopes. Must be able to work in an independent environment.
• EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing timeframe: 60 days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted IA License
• Active ACLS, BLS, & PALS, certifications
• Annual fluro safety preferred.
• DEA
• Board Certified
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
