About the role
Konekt has an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist or Osteopath to deliver workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential, based in Mackay.
In this role, you will:
Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people to return to meaningful employment
Evaluate the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers who have been involved in a work-related or non-work-related injury or illness
Support clients to identify future employment or training options
Perform assessments in your area of clinical expertise including functional capacity evaluations, worksite, ergonomic or daily living assessments
Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor client’s progress toward their return- to- work goal
Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
