Location: This position can be located at a Seacoast Office within the company's Florida footprint. Hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office/2 days remote).

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for consulting to associate communication opportunities, partnering with senior leaders, HR Managers and line of business partners to craft communications that enable associates to learn about enterprise news, updates, projects and initiatives, and call-to-action items through use of a variety of delivery mediums: email, in-person and virtual events, enterprise intranet and others.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create, design, develop all internal communications, both print and electronic; copyedit, proofread, and revise communications.
  • Manage, demonstrate, and maintain Seacoast Bank brand guidelines.
  • Track communication success metrics: analyze to understand impact and to inform of enhancements.
  • Facilitate preparations for quarterly All Associate Call (content build, review, & approval) and coordinate and lead site support.
  • Partner with Communications Manager for oversight of internal communications platform, and intranet for communications.
  • Provide consulting to HR, project managers, and line of business partners to drive associate awareness and adoption through communications.
  • Provide and consult to M&A-related communications supporting both internal to Seacoast associates and associates of the acquired organization.
  • Responsible for maintaining internal communications policies and procedures, adhering to bank regulatory requirements, and utilizing electronic publishing technology.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of commonly used communications concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Partner with Seacoast Marketing to spotlight associates, open roles, and the Seacoast culture in online social spaces.
  • Co-lead planning and execution for Seacoast culture events and coordinate event details and preparation with market leadership.
  • Keeps a pulse on media coverage and industry trends for internal communication opportunities.
  • Adhere to Seacoast Bank's Code of Conduct.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Business, Journalism, or related field
  • 1-3 years' experience in related role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Suite inclusive of Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
