Inspects, tests with meters to determine extent of repair or replacement of parts required; performs layout work; makes wiring diagrams indicating new or relocated circuits; installs wiring hookups, rewires damaged or burnt-out circuits. Dissembles, inspects, repairs, renews, gauges, tests, cleans, paints, replaces, rewires, adjusts, reassembles, assembles as required: contactor parts, group switches, contactor box parts, sequence switch parts, rail vehicle controllers, breakers.
