Quality Engineering Associate Manager (Accenture LLP; Minneapolis, MN): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Quality Engineering Associate Manager in Minneapolis, MN, and the job duties are as follows:

  • Developing and coordinating functional and system Testing for INFORs Time Labor and Control (TLC) system.
  • Providing functional and integration expertise with Workday application.
  • Develop, build, and execute reusable testing frameworks and scripts to find defects and certify releases.
  • Write test cases and conditions to define the functionality and key integrations points.
  • Identify, analyze, and solve moderately complex problems.
  • Implement development and testing methods and procedures based on strategic direction set by senior management.
  • Work with team members to gather and interpret user/system requirements into design specifications to be used for release certifications.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.

Must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Performing test and defect management using Jira, and Confluence;
  • Identifying and qualifying test automation solutions to ensure alignment to offering capability; and
  • Assisting with management of teams and complex work efforts.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

  • INFOR Time Labor and Control Application;
  • Utilizing Workday functional and integration applications; and
  • Implementing end-to-end automation frameworks and automation tools, including Selenium.

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically approximately 80% of the time to meet client needs.
