Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform general administrative duties, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and filing documents.
  2. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and arranging catering.
  4. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
  5. Support the team in various projects and initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met.
  6. Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  7. Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary documentation and supplies.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  1. 1-4 years of administrative experience, preferably in the financial services sector.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  5. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus.
