Shift: Days / 8:30a-5p, 8x5, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, every 4th weekend

Length: 13 weeks

Call rotating. Approximately 7 shifts per quarter, 3 of which are on the weekends they work, but based on unit’s needs.

• MO License
• 1 year previous Adult Skilled Home Health Experience
• BCLS

Special Requirements:- Phlebotomy/IV Management experience required- Computerized documentation experience required – OASIS preferred- Admission Assessment experience required- Case Management preferred experience required- Discharge/discharge due to safety or Noncompliance experience required- Recertification experience required- Resumption of care experience required- Routine Visit experience required- Start of Care experience required- Wound Care experience required- Medication administration/management experience required- Infection Control Precautions experience required
