We are looking for an operations coordinator who manages contracts, who loves data and using data to report on outcomes from our client services. If you share the mission and values of True, consider whether this role is for you!About the roleThe Operations Coordinator is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions to ensure the business support operations run smoothly, with a focus on compliance, assurance, and proactive support for both internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include contract management, maintaining program documentation, ensuring data integrity, and managing meetings and appointments for the Manager. The role ensures that program administration, information management, and reporting processes are carried out efficiently, contributing to the successful achievement of program outcomes.In addition to providing operational support, the Coordinator serves as the local contact for statewide corporate services across areas such as finance, contract management, human resources, workplace health and safety, facilities, marketing, and ICT. Responsibilities include entering and analysing data, reporting on client services, assisting with budget management, and ensuring the maintenance of office facilities and equipment. The role also involves arranging travel and accommodation and supporting the delivery of contract outputs through proactive monitoring and reporting.Selection criteriaA minimum of 3 years’ experience in a corporate support role, preferably in a medium sized non-government organisation.Certificate-level qualification and/or relevant experience in corporate support, including contract and data management in the areas of health and/or social services preferred.Demonstrated ability to navigate and generate reports from client management systems.Initiative and good organisational skills, including the ability to identify priorities and meet conflicting deadlines.Demonstrated ability to ensure efficient management of office and administrative processes.Effective communication skills in report writing and client service.Ability to work effectively in complex environments.High level resilience to fulfill the demands of the role.Strictly uphold principles of privacy, confidentiality and safeguarding.How to applyPlease submit a cover letter addressing each of the above selection criteria and your CV, including the names and contact numbers of two referees.True is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and values social and cultural diversity, and people of all backgrounds and abilities.
