McLaren Northern Michigan has an excellent opportunity for a Neurosurgeon to join a thriving team of two Neurosurgeons and one Orthopedic Spine Surgeon in Petoskey, Michigan. Be a part of a progressive regional hospital offering a supportive and experienced clinical environment with significant market share growth potential. Procedures include disc surgery, surgical fusions, kyphoplasty and skull-base surgery. Clinic and hospital support provided by a Physician Assistant with call coverage of 1:3. The selected candidate will be BC/BE. Additional highlights include:
- State-of-the-art Technology: In-house O-Arm and Stealth, Leica microscope, upgraded Medtronic surgical devices, Stryker Pneumatic drill, and a number of trauma systems.
- Multidisciplinary Support: A spine/neurosurgery referral center, Oncology support from the renowned Karmanos Cancer Institute, Pain management support and a Level II Trauma Center.
- Commitment to Quality Care: McLaren Northern Michigan has completed a major expansion project adding 92 new private rooms, additional observation beds, and renovation of the current facility. This expansion project has brought 9 newly constructed/enhanced operating rooms that are 30% larger to accommodate newer technology.

Petoskey is located on the shores of Lake Michigan's beautiful Little Traverse Bay in northwest, lower-Peninsula Michigan.
