The Valley Health System has expanded into an integrated health network that serves more than two million people in Southern Nevada. Job Description: Responsible for assisting in the management of the following functions: employment, Policy & Procedure interpretation, day-to-day employee relations, and record-keeping/compliance for employee files.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Business/Human Resources Management.

Experience:
Five years progressively responsible human resources management experience. One year of experience in an environment with a union presence preferable.

Other:
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State laws.

Technical Skills:
Computer proficiency to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, and HRIS.

Compensation Range:
$62,708.45 - $83,088.70 / salary
