Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Employee Dining Room Supervisor to join our team at Yellowstone General Stores in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming. Our ideal Employee Dining Room Supervisor is an experienced Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor who enjoys working in fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high quality service and food to our team members. • Create weekly dining room menus from personal or established recipes
• Supervise food prep and proper breakdown, rotation, labeling, dating and food storage while maintaining food quality, presentation and sanitation standards
• Verify that portion sizes, recipes, quality standards, policies and procedures are maintained 
• Ensure all kitchen equipment is in full working order
• Maintain food cost within parameters set by culinary leadership

• No college degree required
• At least 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Supervisor
• Ability to effectively communicate with others in a leadership capacity
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, be attentive, and detail oriented
• Basic math skills; ability to understand, calculate and follow recipe measurements and proportions

• Manual dexterity sufficient to chop, mix, blend, whip etc. a variety of foods and liquids
• Ability to carry 30 pounds and lift and carry large pans weighing up to 50 pounds
• Standing and walking for entire length of shift
• Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting

Yellowstone General Stores are located throughout Yellowstone National Park including near Old Faithful, Mammoth Hot Springs, and Canyon Village. The locations offer the opportunity to explore more than 1000 miles of hiking trails, 40 waterfalls, and 10,000 hydro-thermal features like hot springs and geysers.
